Your Order

For the goal of keeping carbon emissions to a minimum whilst observing social distancing measures, deliveries are run on specific days of the week.
This will allow us to source the freshest of groceries, pack and observe contact-free delivery safely during the Covid19 threat.

At present, orders are delivered on Friday (evening), Saturday & Sunday between 8am - 8pm. We will let you know which of these days to expect your order.

Please note we cannot accept the return of perishable items due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds will only be made for items on the grounds that we made an error in sending you the item in question or the item was defective. If this is the case, you have to contact our customer team within 24 hours of your receipt of your order by notifying us via our contact us form on our website.

Here at Boxed Tropics, we do our very best to ensure the quality of all the orders we send out to you. However, we understand on rare occasions our humans can make mistakes :) 

If unfortunately this is the case for you and the quality of any item is not satisfactory, contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
You won’t be entitled for a refund of items after this period elapses.
