Just incase you missed it - Our homemade Kumquat jam

So simple and easy to make!


  • Kumquats
  • Sugar
  • Water

Preparation time:

  • 8 to 10 minutes

Cooking time:

  • 30 to 45 minutes


  1. Finely chop Kumquats
  2. Add to water and sugar mixture (just make sure the water covers the kumquats)
  3. Boil for 30-45 minutes until thick!

Tip: Let the kumquat seeds hang in the mixture while boiling. The seeds contain pectin which helps to set the jam.

A nice alternative to marmalade - a tropical jam 😋
