Just incase you missed it - Our homemade Kumquat jam
So simple and easy to make!
- 8 to 10 minutes
- 30 to 45 minutes
- Finely chop Kumquats
- Add to water and sugar mixture (just make sure the water covers the kumquats)
- Boil for 30-45 minutes until thick!
Tip: Let the kumquat seeds hang in the mixture while boiling. The seeds contain pectin which helps to set the jam.
